Hello, my name is Colleen Carder and I am so excited to be an Educator at Little Bears! I graduated from Vancouver Island University with my diploma in Early Childhood Education, Infant/Toddler, and Special Needs in 2013. I enjoy working at Little bears because it blends my passion for working with children and the great outdoors. For as long as I can remember I have wanted to work with children and encourage them in positive ways. When I’m not at work I enjoy hiking, camping, spending time at the beach, and being with my family. I am excited about the opportunity to be at Little Bears and meet all the incredible families.
